Hello, SUSE experts.
I was very happy with SUSE for 7 years but now the new version 13.1. created severe problems, I am unable to solve myself. Unfortunately I was not successful in down loading Suse 13.1. The installation process stopped during the loading of the packages at 58 % or 73 % and never moved forward. I stopped the system by a hard shut down several times. Now the message is, that there is no more space on the hard disc. The old version 12.1 I used before is not anymore accessable. So I have no access anymore to my data. I am looking for some help by an expert here in Bonn, Germany, who could check the hard disc and delete the unsuccessful down loads and at the same time could save my data for further use. Thank you for your attention. I would be happy if there were anybody who has an idea. Best regards and a happy New Year
