Я решил только начать изучать линукс и выбрал СУСЕ 11. Я его уже раз 7-8 ставил на виртуальные машины и физические - все шло без проблем. Всегда ни одной ошибки! Сейчас я решил установить у себя в офисе на выделенный сервер этот SUSE!
Взял для этого сервак на котором установлено 2 HDD по 500ГБ, установленных в РЭЙД -1 (зеркало).
Ставлю SUSE! Он все устанавливает и на заключительных шагах, где идет сохранение установки и прописывание загрузчика GRUB2 выдает что “эта операция завершилась неудачно” и перезагружает систему! Все установить Линукс не могу.
если не делать зеркальный РЭЙД, а сделать каждый диск сам по себе, то SUSE11 ставиться без проблем!
диски протестировал - они рабочие!
Побродив по форумам понял, что у меня псевдо RAID, т.к. я его создал средствами материнской платы ASUS 5PK Pro - это я понял называется fake-RAID.
Как мне установить SUSE. На моменте прописывания загрузчика мне выдается сообщение:
“GNU GRUB version 0.97 (640K / 3017K upper memory)”
