I recently migrated from windows to Suse 11.2 on my OPTPLEX 380 Box with ONBOARD SOUND CARD everything is working fine BUT I have failed to get my songs and other media playing. I need help in configuring my audio to work. I have read afew googled posts but nothing seems to work for me.

before you spend any time trying to get it to work:
openSUSE 11.2 has passed its end of life and is no longer
supported…suggest you save off you music/data/etc and fresh format
install openSUSE 11.4 (where did you get 11.2 anyway?)
it is probably possible to get 11.2 to work, but why–you can’t get any
security updates or program patches…it is dead in the water, move on…
and, i’d guess 90+ percent of your music not working will ‘just work’
once you follow the guide/hints in the three stickies at the top of the
multimedia forum, here: http://tinyurl.com/4j4mtn7
NOTE: i highly doubt the 1-Clicks to fetch codecs will work for an 11.2
box…so . . .
WAIT! you said “Suse 11.2” and there is no such operating system, so
what are you actually running: openSUSE 11.2 or SUSE Linux Enterprise
Desktop (SLED) version 11 SP2…there is a LOT of difference (for one
difference SLED 11 SP2 is supported, openSUSE 11.2 not)…learn for sure
by typing this code into a terminal
cat /etc/SuSE-release
if you are using SLED 11 say so…please…
