I’ve used Suse off and on over the last few years. I know enough to screw up my system, and not enough to figure out how to fix my own problems, sadly.
I just installed 11.2 w/ KDE from the live usb.
I have two main complaints.
I cannot figure how to rotate the screen properly. I ran KRandR, and while it does rotate the screen, the wacom pen remains synced to the default rotation.
Second, my wifi does not work right. It detects a signal, yet it does not accept my WPA pin.
Could anyone please offer some advice for fixing these issues? (And I’m sure I’ll have others later on, these are simply the two biggies)
Please post your wifi question under: Wireless - openSUSE Forums
and before posting, please provide the information recommended in the stickies at the top of that wireless subforum area.
We have some EXCELLENT wireless experts who support our forum, but they ONLY look at the wireless section, and they will miss your post here in “hardware” and hence you will miss their expert advice.

You statement is NOT quite true, but good advice non-the-less. When
the inquiry hits the wireless forum, I’ll be ready.
