Suse 11.1 now and when it just release!

A few months ago I download Suse 11.1 (When it was just availble) It had so many bugs that I decided to return to Suse 10.3-

My question is:

Is any difference if I download Suse 11.1 now and Install it ? or Is the same to install the one that I download and the bug fixes will fix all as if download it now ?

I hope my question was clear…

The CD and DVD images haven’t changed, but there will be some updated packages in the update repo. That’s the standard procedure.
