SUSE 11.1 KDE Desktop Effects nVidia 9800GT

Hi, I have just installed openSUSE 11.1, using KDE, on my new 64 bit system. I have installed the nVidia drivers to support my 9800gt.

Short question: how can I get desktop effects working?

su 
nvidia-xconfig --composite
nvidia-xconfig --render-accel
nvidia-xconfig --add-argb-glx-visuals -d 2
