Suse 11.1 doesn't install HTTP server without network

I wanted to install an HTTP server on localhost to serve local applications.
The computer is local only and has no network connection.
With Suse 10.1 this was possible.
With Suse 11.1 yast2 > network services > HTTP server
The window “Initializing HTTP Server Configuration” appears with following message:

No running network detected!
Configure network with YaST or Network manager plug-in
and start this module again or continue without network.
<Cancel> <Continue>

When <Continue> is hit, the HTTP Server Configuration window disappears without comment (as it does with <Cancel>).:’(

Is there a way to install an HTTP server on localhost under Suse 11.1?

You can install a webserver on localhost. If you do that the way it should be, you can reach it by entering ‘localhost’ in a browser. Don’t know if it is going to work without any networking…
