SuSE 11.1 and Flash webcam conference -problem

I’ve attempted many webcam conference sites and all that use Flash with an “accept or deny” camera/mic pop up freeze and no choice is possible. I can tab through the pop up and can not make choice.

I went to Adobe - Flash Player : Settings Manager - Website Storage Settings panel Adobe Flash Player manager sit and found that I had everything.

Da, what is this about? All of the sites that I’ve had dialog with said that they were only up to SuSE 10.3 and would in the future upgrade there software.

Well, I really ‘need’ this kind of service and don’t want to down grade to SuSE 10.3. Does anyone here have any idea as to how it can work? Any work around?

Personally I think it has something to do with the most recent kernel updates, and that is only a guess.

Any help, appreciated,
Jack

OK, well, after 2 days of searching, google, et’al, and …
With this problem you have to go to:
Adobe - Flash Player : Settings Manager - Website Privacy Settings panel

… and select website privicy settings, for the sites you want to use and then click allow.

Now I have video, … the audio is still not working, will keep after it, unless some one has more help to offer here, thanks.

There’s a libflashsupport package on OSS do you have this installed. afaik it is something to do with pulse and flash working together…

I’ve only got this to go on PulseAudio - ArchWiki I did note that this should be supported now perhaps it’ll help.

Thanks, libflashsuppor is installed, and has been. Still working on it.
