Hi caf4926,

   at the end I have to type Rescue Login? " I don`t know the Rescue Login Passwd".

You don’t need a password for rescue mode. Just enter root at the login prompt and you will be logged in.
BTW, these instructions (Recover Root Password - openSUSE) won’t help you to actually recover your lost password, but you will be able to set a new password.

Tnx gentlemen for helping me I fund out in text format you type psswrd (passwrd) I could change the password,but it was asking ext.Hd.
I turned Ext.HD on,reboot my Computer and it work I could login into the root.
No problem.
