Suse 10.1

I’m looking for Suse 10.1 (the original release)and wanted to know if anyone had a copy of it laying around/on a FTP site. I have done some looking around the web and most of the images I find have been backported with patches/fixes.

Thanks

Hi
Should find what you want here;

SLED 10.0 SP2 x86_64 Kernel 2.6.16.60-0.27-smp
up 8:01, 1 user, load average: 0.20, 0.19, 0.15
GPU GeForce 8600 GTS Silent - Driver Version: 173.14.05

Thanks for the link. When looking at the links, they all appear to go straight back to the same images which have been backported. I’m really hoping to find somebody who has the original image from the original release.

Thanks

Hi
There is the GM release (original) and the GM remastered here?

Thanks. When you click on, for example, the SUSE-Linux-10.1-GM-i386-CD1.iso it downloads the SUSE-Linux-10.1-Remastered-i386-CD.iso file. A few days ago I downloaded all of the CD images and then later realized it was the remastered version. Don’t know if this is because the GM is not longer available or just a problem with the link.

I found a few different links/file and will try these but any help is much appreciated.

Out of curiosity, what do you need the ISO for?

I want to use it for testing different services and apps and it has specific properties that I need to testing.
