I would like to buy an Epson printer supported on OpenSuse 13.x
where Epson supplies an rpm. I currently use CUPS for my Epson XP410
but I would prefer Epson Factory drivers.
Where can I find a list of supported printers. Been searching on
Epson and other sites with no luck.
Just want a simple list of supported printers.

That would have to come from Epson, then. Chances are, though, that
they don’t supply an RPM, since CUPS provides a large number of supported
printers.

I don’t know about a list but you could try searching for drivers for the Epson printer(s) you are interested (I’d guess you’ll only have a few models in mind) in at EPSON Download Center
I think they usually provide 32 and 64 bit rpm and deb.
Out of curiosity, why do you want the Epson drivers? I’ve had a couple of Photo R200/210/220 and am using a Photo P50 and have not felt the need to move from the gutenprint drivers. (I do use the Epson driver for our Perfection 1250 scanner though - I’m not sure there is “out of the box” Linux support for that).
i have openSUSE Leap 42 and i have installed Epson WorkForce WF-3620 which works fine till now i have no issue
