I’m planning to upgrade to 11.4.
Is Ralink 3090 wifi adapter is supported in it or not??

As model numbers are unreliable, we do not know. If you post the PCI or USB ID
for the device, then I can tell.
I think Larry’s guide on
My wireless doesn’t work - a primer on what I should do next
will be helpful on this way.
And I would guess that this (? RaLink RT3090 Wireless 802.11n 1T/1R PCIe ?) is a (PCI-like) PCI Express based device and that the relevant part of the output of
/sbin/lspci -nn
will include the numeric ID (? something like 1814:3090 ?).
see:
Linux Kernel Driver Database: CONFIG_RT2X00: Ralink driver support

Deviceid is 3090h RT3090 Wireless 802.11n 1T/1R PCIe
This is not the numeric ID but the name of the device.

Here is the output lspci -nn
04:00.0 Network controller [0280]: RaLink RT3090 Wireless 802.11n 1T/1R PCIe [1814:3090]
on kernel 2.6.37 ralink wifi is not working properly, I tried 2.6.38 from Kernel-Head repo, on this it work perfectly, I suggest others wait for 2.6.38 to appear in tumbleweed repo.
