Suddenly my sound keeps humming when nothing is playing

Suddenly openSuse Leap 15.1 starts humming when I ave no media like youtube playing.
How to disable that otherwise then turning off the speakers

Check that your plugs are properly set

Also be sure that everything is properly grounded
