Subversion menus not working in Eclipse

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has seen this:

OpenSuse 11.2, KDE 4.3.1

I have installed Eclipse 3.5.1 with Subversion 1.6.5 and when I try and add a new SVN repository the drop down menu is disabled. There were some problems with KDE and Eclipse which were supposed to be fixed by setting GDK_NATIVE_WINDOWS=1. I have that done, it doesn’t seem to make any difference. I have tried several versions of Eclipse and several versions of Subversion, and they all have the same problem, so now I think it might be a KDE issue.

Any ideas?

Found the solution here…

http://svn.haxx.se/subusers/archive-2009-11/0017.shtml

although I didn’t get it working that way. I cheated… I set the workspace to a shared drive, set it up in Windoze, then booted into OpenSuse selected the same workspace and it was tricked into using the right repository

Seems to be the same issue as mentioned in this thread.

After changing the GTK Style (e.g. Clearlooks) it’s possible to add CVS and SVN repositories again
