subpixel font hinting repos - which one to use

There are at least 2 repos that provide subpixel font hinting, Index of /subpixel/ & Index of /repositories/home:/muzlocker. They appear quite similar other than muzlocker also provides Cairo packages (as I am primarily KDE I don’t think they really matter to me).

Is there reasons to prefer one over the other?

Hi
The community one is linked to packman, no need for any cairo update,
hence I use the community one.

I have
Index of /subpixel/openSUSE_12.1/

Drill back if you have 11.4

The Muzlocker repo significantly improves the fonts for Mozilla products such as Firefox and Tbird. If you run Mozilla products then you should install and use the Muzlocker repo. I run KDE and without Muzlocker, the Mozilla product’s fonts are very pixelated, however, with Muzlocker the fonts are very smooth and antialiased.
