Struggling with forcing the filesystem to be rw

(On tumbleweed) Ive been trying to install nvidia graphics drivers that broke after a package manager update i havent done for a week. My 2 latest snapshots are broken, im on an older one. When i check if my filesystem is rw or ro, it says rw. Once i tried to update, it said a file was read only.
Now i assume the rw status is applied to the latest snapshot, which is stuck with a terminal and my browser open. Its frozen, my cursor doesnt work. Ive asked a few chatbots for help, and i couldnt get to the newest snapshot. YaST doeant let me delete repos. Please help.

when you booted into a prior snapshot in grub2 or systemd-boot, did you run sudo snapper rollback # Where # is the number of the snapshot you’re booted into?

When you boot from a snapshot, that is a read-only snapshot until you do so.

I havent done that till you told me just now.
I ran that just as you told me. Am i supposed to type the snapshot number? Because it didnt work.
Or do i need to boot into another snapshot?

You need to reboot after the rollback command.

Thank you SO much. I didnt expect forums to save me like that.

Save yourself some headaches, and skip the LLM next time, and just ask here.
