Strange colour scheme problem

I am having a strange problem when trying to apply a colour scheme. KDE keeps on insisting a particular colour is shown even though it is not shown as a colour selection.

I am using the Polyester Emerald colour scheme (so I can test this), QtCurve widget style (v1.8.4) and Crystal window decorations (v2.0.5). When ever I open Yast, I see a light blue colour over the headings and icon selection. Looking in System Setting > Application Appearance > Colours, I see no evidence of the colour. Which ever colour scheme I select, this colour still remains.

Is there anyway to ‘reset’ the scheme. Even when I try to do my own version, nothing changes. Reboots or logout/in do not change anything.

KDE 4.6.5, openSuse 11.4 64-bit

Perhaps you need to run QT Config? Do an Alt-F2 (or menu Run Command) and enter:

kdesu qtconfig

Check it out as this may be your missing link.

Thank You,

Bingo, that did it. Didn’t even know that existed.

Many thanks.
