Sticky Fn key. Possible?

I have new dell laptop where F1,F2 etc are made to be actioned by pressing Fn key. Without are some Windows-only funcions, like play media etc…
Since this is making me very slow, is it possoble to have “Fn LOCK”?

beli0135, why do you think you are running slow due to Function Keys working or not working? Tell us more about your computer, openSUSE version, Desktop used. Help us understand why you think it is slow.

Thank You,

Sorry… I AM SLOW, not computer. Sorry for being confusing

Computer is turbo fast… I need to press Fn to use F keys…

so Alt+F2 = Alt+Fn+F2 for me…

And only Function keys require me to press Fn button!!!

Imbecillity from Dell!!!

The (blue?) Fn Functions are built into the BIOS to directly control hardware operations such as screen brightness and video outputs for a second external monitor operation. In general, these operations go on without intervention from the OS, but may be configurable in your BIOS setup, so I would check there.

Thank You,
