sticks at message "Loading basic drivers..."

My laptop has been already pre-installed Windows 10. It’s ASUS GL552V, which has NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 960M.
I plan to have dual boot system. I’ve checked out some previous forums and tried their suggestions. Currently none of these works. I even waited for a couple of hours for “loading basic drivers”.
Can someone help? Thank you very much

Did you resize the Windows partition(s) to give space for the install? For default install you need a minimum of 50 gig for a small home plus root plus swap

Also not your problem now but be sure to turn off fast boot in Windows or you won’t be able the chain to it

You using the full DVD or the network installer? be sure that the check sums of the iso are correct and if you use a DVD other then USB run the media check from the installer menu

Yes, I did resize the windows partition.
Yes, I did turn off fast boot in Windows in BIOS and run the media check.
In Boot menu, I put acpi=off and installed Leap 42.2 again.
The installment still hang in there, not having further actions.
