Hi,
i have some games on steam i never was able to play (i.e. “Warhammer 40.000” and “Life is Strange”) because of some strange reasons i never realy figured out.
I think it is related to libcrypto/openssl not found or not provided in the correct version. But a few weeks or month ago i had an incident, that after a steam update i was able to play all of those games, but after the next reboot everything was back to normal (games where not able to start).
I guess this has to to with the packages steam itself provides and the system provides, i tried a lot but nothing helped so i gave up.
But a few weeks ago steamtricks started everytime i started steam, trying to install some packages that are needed by some games, this worked for most of my other games but not the two i mentioned above. Unfortunately the output is very long and in german but i will still post the relevant part maybe it is helpfull:
Basically those packages listed where not found, which is strange because i have all the necessary repositories added including packman, and packman is the one providing steamtricks and steam so the there should not be any of those conflicts right?
But i think if i get this problem resolved i probably also am able to run the games which would be great, so i hope someone can help me with this.
