start job on partitions

I removed another operating system from another drive in my system but now openSUSE does a start job on the partitions anyway making boot take a very long time.

I don’t know how to make it stop.

Remove reference to these partitions from /etc/fstab and/or /etc/crypttab.

It makes no reference to dev-sdb5.device in fstab and I have no crypttab.

Is it possible to delete my existing fstab or perhaps create a crypttab and have the system generate a new one with the correct information based on my existing system configuration?

it makes refernce to a wdc… in that message. That is my western digital drive and it is actually sda There are only sda1 and 2 plus swap on that drive.
Sdb is an hitachi and only has one partition

There are other messages than this one concerning disk start jobs during boot as well that are incomplete due to length and have nothing that I recognize in them.
