Hey there,

Two options:

1. Get to a grub prompt and use grub commands to see what kernels and initrds are actually there and boot them manually and see what happens and what errors you get.

2. Use the Suse CD / DVD - boot to it and it contains tool to help trouble shoot issues, including booting the system, etc.
