SSH tunnel administratively prohibited

Yesterday I changed to Tumbleweed. Since then my SSH tunnel is not working anymore. I’m getting the following:

debug1: Connection to port 3000 forwarding to xxxx.xxxx.com port 993 requested.
debug2: fd 14 setting TCP_NODELAY
debug2: fd 14 setting O_NONBLOCK
debug3: fd 14 is O_NONBLOCK
debug1: channel 6: new [direct-tcpip]
channel 6: open failed: administratively prohibited: open failed
debug2: channel 6: zombie
debug2: channel 6: garbage collecting
debug1: channel 6: free: direct-tcpip: listening port 3000 for xxxx.xxxx.com port 993, connect from 127.0.0.1 port 49174 to 127.0.0.1 port 3000, nchannels 7
debug3: channel 6: status: The following connections are open:
#3 client-session (t4 r0 i0/0 o0/0 fd 7/8 cc -1)
#5 client-session (t4 r3 i0/0 o0/0 fd 11/12 cc 4)

I have AllowTCPForwarding yes and PermitTunnel yes in sshd_config

What could have changed?

Problem solved. Seems the DNS configuration had disappeared.

Client or server?

I have AllowTCPForwarding yes and PermitTunnel yes in sshd_config

On client or on server?
