Squid logformat problem

Opensuse 11.0 / Squid 3.0 Stable5

I want to change the logformat in the /var/log/squid/access.log. Any changes to the logformat line in squid.conf takes no effect in the access.log. The access file definition is “/var/log/squid/access.log squid”. The logformat definition line is “logformat squid %{%d.%m.%Y}tl %{%H:%M:%S}tl %ts.%03tu %6tr %>a %Ss/%03Hs %<st %rm %ru %un %Sh/%<A %mt”. With Opensuse 10.3 and Squid 2.7 or so it runs perfect. I have Opensuse 11.0 new installed.
Any tipps and ideas?

11.0 uses squid 3.0. You might want to check the squid documentation to see if the directives changed between the versions.
