Spectacle doesn't works if I add to panel (widget) Invalid service name: org.kde.spectacle error

on my laptop 1=ASUS vivobook pro N552VW-FY204T (2016) with freshly installed leap 16.0 running KDE
if I click on application-menu>spectacle it works
if I rightclick on application-menu>spectacle and select add to panel (widget) spectacle is added to panel but if I click on it it doesn’t works and a system notification popup with this error
Invalid service name: org.kde.spectacle
how can I get spectacle working clicking on the panel icon?

yes I know that it works and also the application menu icon, Iwould like to know why the icon in the panel doesn’t works, or may be I can open a bug issue if it could be a bug

oh I don’t know, I freshly installed 16.0 I suppose wayland becouse I read that this was the default

checked, I was in X11, now I am in wayland becouse cube works, but spectacle continue to fail
