Special keys on Lenovo 3000 N200

Hello,
I just installed OpenSuse 11 on my Lenovo 3000 N200 Laptop and most of the hardware worked out of the box, except for the special keys to change the volume of the loudspeakers. How can I make them work?

I have no problem here with my Lenovo 3000 N200. Special keys work out of the box here (mixer volume control is shown).

You guys may want to compare BIOS versions then.

Some additional informations: modell type 0769BFG BIOS version 68ET35WW, BIOS date 2008-04-16

In my case it works with KDE3 only but not with KDE4. Any hints for KDE4?
