I am returning to Open suse after a while with Ubuntu ant i al loving it so far but i have one application I Need to be completely so

the main page for this IDE states that

I took care of distributing it well on Linux by getting it in the major repositories (Debian, Ubuntu, Fedora, Arch, Suse, …).
however, when Search at software.opensuse.org: Download openSUSE 11.4 I can’t locate it

Rather i am beating my head against the wall I am hopeing a Member of these forums uses this IDE and can point me to a repo for it

Dusanyu: I was not able to determine how the package you want is called and where the source is located. Could you please help us a bit to help you?

Ubuntu and Debian calls it something along the lines of “python-spe”

But it looks like it is not is not packaged for SuSE so I will just install from source
