Source Code

Ok, so there is this really addicting 2D platform shooter called Teeworlds. The Yast repos don’t seem to have the installation for this game. However, on their main site (www.teeworlds.com), they have a source code in formats “.zip” and “.tar.gz”

I have downloaded the “.tar.gz” version to my Downloads folder, but now the only thing I need help with is actually compiling it. I have read a couple of things on “./config” and “make”, but none of it makes sense to me. If you wanna download it and see it, its a really small download from the site above.

Thnx!

Hi,

In the source code (the tar.gz file), there should be a readme file or another type like this that should give you the way to compile and install the soft. Is it there ? If not available, maybe the information is available online.

Is this the teeworlds you are talking about?
software.opensuse.org: Search Results

It seems to be in the games repo.

there is an easy, one-click install from here:
http://software.opensuse.org/search

just be sure to click to NOT keep the repo after install…

i thought you might enjoy having a bookmark of the best searcher
around for software for your openSUSE machine…

but, if instead of saying “Thank you” you had rather stick your tongue
out and frown, then . . .
