I normally do not like providing support for non-stock versions of openSUSE (such as an update to a KDE version that is not an official SuSE-GmbH security update) as users can introduce problems there, and not knowing what they did can waste a lot of time.

But to try provide some guidance, how about working your way through the openSUSE audio troubleshooting guide:
SDB:AudioTroubleshooting - openSUSE

my punktuation was wrong…

from start i have no alsa-firmware package installed… so I install
it
next step

sudo speaker-test -c2 -l5 -twav

speaker-test 1.0.21

Playback device is default
Stream parameters are 48000Hz, S16_LE, 2 channels
WAV file(s)
Rate set to 48000Hz (requested 48000Hz)
Buffer size range from 2048 to 16384
Period size range from 1024 to 1024
Using max buffer size 16384
Periods = 4
was set period_size = 1024
was set buffer_size = 16384
0 - Front Left
1 - Front Right
Time per period = 2.688607
0 - Front Left

something wrong with this test. and I did not understand, what.

yes, but it already solved. thank you.

OK, glad to read sound is working now. Did you have to add your regular users to group “audio” ?
