My computer says I have a bug in my music Gnome, or something about the dBus something. My Banshee music player wont even play when I hit the play link. And what’s a crash (in my system)?
reuben_duque, the descriptions “something” is too general to be able to provide you much help. The next time you obtain an error, press the “Print Screen” button on your keyboard, and save the screen capture of the error message to your hard drive. Then when you post here, post the exact error you saw, using the screen print as a reminder guide as to the exact error you saw.
With respect to your Banshee music problems, start banshee from a gnome-terminal or from a kde konsole (by typing in those applications the text “banshee” ). Then when you have a problem with playing an application with banshee, look at the error message in the gnome-terminal or in the kde konsole, and post the contents of that error message here. Again, you can use a print screen to store the message on your hard disk and then tread the resultant screen capture to help you accurately formulate any help request.
If the error message is too long, then paste it into a paste bin site such as general pastebin - simplified internet collaboration
