I have upgraded from suse 12.1 to 12.2
Now I face problem in sound.
Sound is not coming. Also if i open kmix it is not coming.
plx suggest
Is your sound card listed in YaST->Hardware->Sound?
Can you play a test sound there? (Click on “Other”)
Regarding KMix:
Maybe it’s hidden, click on the small up-arrow on the right end of the system tray, just left of the digital clock.
And how did you do the upgrade?
Maybe not all packages did get upgraded correctly?
What happens when you run kmix in a Konsole?
I have done upgrade from 12.1 to 12.2
the sound card is listed in yast
If i play test sound. very very very (assume to be no sound)low sound is heard. If ear near the speaker
But when i checked the sound all were in 0 level. After i make it high it worked
