Sound goes to 100% by themself

Hello!
I am using openSuSE Leap 42.1 KDE on my Asus notebook and I have problem with sound. It works well but sometimes it goes on 100% even if i don’t touched it.
I saw in some thread that I need to uninstall “phonon-backend-vlc” but it’s the same after that.
What to do to safe my ears?
