Did you install alsa-firmware as noted in the 1st post? In older kernel versions (I don’t have LEAP-15.2 handy) alsa-firmware was needed for the creative device on your PC. I note these packages came with an older kernel in the alsa-firmware package, and without these sound would not work on the create sound blaster Z device (but I can’t speak at present for your current kernel):
/usr/share/doc/packages/alsa-firmware/ca0132
/usr/share/doc/packages/alsa-firmware/ca0132/README
/usr/share/doc/packages/alsa-firmware/ca0132/creative.txt
I note your PC has:
card 1: Creative [HDA Creative], device 0: CA0132 Analog [CA0132 Analog]
Subdevices: 1/1
Subdevice #0: subdevice #0
card 1: Creative [HDA Creative], device 1: CA0132 Digital [CA0132 Digital]
Subdevices: 1/1
Subdevice #0: subdevice #0
and I also note from the script:
5.471566] snd_hda_intel 0000:05:00.0: Direct firmware load for ctefx-desktop.bin failed with error -2
5.475664] snd_hda_intel 0000:05:00.0: Direct firmware load for ctefx.bin failed with error -2
I’m not 100% certain grepping for a warning of a missing firmware would for certain indicate it is not present < albeit I could be wrong > .
