Sound Blaster Audigy SE SB0570 PCI Outputs only to left headphone and not the right.

Hi, I’m running Opensuse 13.2:

3.16.7-21-desktop x64

KDE Platform Version 4.14.6

I have a Creative Labs Sound Blaster Audigy SB0570 PCI sound card. It shows that it’s installed but it only outputs sound to the left channel.

To test the sound I click->speaker in lower right on panel->Mixer->Settings->Audio Hardware Setup->Front Left. It plays a sound.

But if I click:

To test the sound I click->speaker in lower right on panel->Mixer->Settings->Audio Hardware Setup->Front Right. It plays nothing.

If I go on Youtube and play a video, sound plays fine, but only through the left speaker.

This Desktop Computer I’m using has Opensuse 13.2 on a 40GB hard disk and Windows 7 on a 200GB hard disk. If I boot into Windows 7, sound plays in both the left speaker and the right speaker so its not a hardware problem but a software problem in Opensuse, or Alsa or something. I’m a newbie and don’t know what to do from this point to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Never mind above, I fixed it!

Yast->Hardware-Sound->edit->Reset All->next->other->Play Test Sound.

Left and right speakers are now both working!
