I am using the headset mentioned in the topic for a while now on my Tumbleweed system. It works pretty fine but since the beginning i noticed that the headset sometimes changes the quality profile its using depending on the app I am using. When i started or joined a call on the former official ms teams app for linux one of the lower profiles got selected and after finishing it switched back. Now that i am thinking about it, everytime the mikrophone is used (and listed in the audio device list) the profile switches. But sometimes (more often recently) there are only the low quality profiles available (it seems in this case the mikrophone is listed in the audio device list) and i do not know a reliable (and comfortable) way to getting the others back. The only thing that seems to help is to close all application that use sound and then disconnect the device and reconnect. In the screenshot i provide you can see all profiles, and as mentioned sometimes only the “Headset Head Unit” profiles are listed.
Is there a way to get the others back without reconnecting the device?
