sometimes connect icon isn't there for wireless...

Hi. This is my 1st post to the wireless forum. Occasionally, the icon that allows me to connect to the internet via my wi-fi does not appear upon starting the computer. Not all the time; maybe 40% of the time. I reboot until the icon appears, and all is fine. But, I would prefer that I see the icon all of the time. I am using OpenSuse 11.1, Toshiba A300 series laptop 64-bit, and I saw a terminal command that I was to run. So, here is what resulted from that command.

I have no idea why the applet fails to start. Perhaps someone else will help you
with that; however, you can start it from a console with the command ‘nm-applet’.

BTW, you wireless device is an Intel 4965AG.

Thank you.
