Somehow broke all video players

Hi there,

Tonight I did two upgrades and something seems to have broken all the video players kaffine, vlc etc.

First I did the KDE 4.2 one click install.
I had a problem with a particualr .wmv file so I tried this one right after (without checking to see if other things like mpegs and avis could play)

Multimedia - openSUSE-Community
and followed the one click install for KDE.

Alas I do have flash players in the browsers like opera etc, but none of the regular video players seem to work.

For example, vlc trying to play an avi file gives me an error pop up with “No suitable decoder module:
VLC does not support the audio or video format “divx”. Unfortunately there is no way for you to fix this.”

and a command line comment “main decoder error: no suitable decoder module for fourcc `divx’.
VLC probably does not support this sound or video format.”

Anyone have suggestions about how I can get things back to the way they used to be? I suspect that the culprit isn’t KDE4.2, but is the oneclick multimedia install…

Cheers in advance
