SOLVED: Leap 15.5 - Graphics Card Not Recognised After Installation - Nvidia Drivers Need To Be Installed Manually

I installed Suse Leap 15.5. NVIDIA:repo-non-free was enabled.

The display defaulted to VGA resolution.
The only packages installed were:
kernel-firmware-nvidia
libdrm_nouveau2
SUSE-repos-Leap-NVIDIA veau2

I installed the following packages from Yast and rebooted.

nvidia-compute-G06 | NVIDIA driver for computing with GPGPU
nvidia-compute-G06-32bit | 32bit NVIDIA driver for computing with GPGPU
nvidia-driver-G06-kmp-default | NVIDIA graphics driver kernel module for GeForce 700 series and newer
nvidia-gl-G06 | NVIDIA OpenGL libraries for OpenGL acceleration
nvidia-gl-G06-32bit | 32bit NVIDIA OpenGL libraries for OpenGL acceleration nvidia-video-G06 | NVIDIA graphics driver for GeForce 700 series and newer
nvidia-video-G06-32bit | 32bit NVIDIA graphics driver for GeForce 700 series and newer

Problem solved.

The NVIDIA licenses have to be accepted in YAST and either I missed this during the installation or the NVIDIA licenses have to be installed manually after the install.
