Is there a software capable of running them securely and efficiently?
Thanks in advance!

Hi
If your system can handle a virtual machine, then I would try that. Depends on the software your wanting to run and the interaction with outside hardware (this also applies with the likes of wine).
Actually your choice is likely to be influenced by the Windows software you need to run. Wine doesn’t provide a perfect ‘Windows’ environment with respect to Windows APIs, so in some cases a Windows VM might be your only realistic option.
