Anyone know of any good software for geocaching? I haven’t really seen
anything to compare to GSAK (which works under wine I believe) but I’d
rather use native programs and not emulators.

Well… I’ll say it… wine is NOT an emulator. Think of it as a set of
libraries and subsystems (like Gnome/Gtk) that has applications built on
top of it.
With that said, I find the stability of wine applications (i.e. Windows
apps) to be less than thrilling. Possibly some bugs in the underlying
libraries and subsystems that make up the wine world.
Not an emulator.
Unless you want to consider running all binaries to be “emulation”.
