snapshot20170419 login fails

I installed this snapshot on an ASUS H170 Pro Gaming Board with an EVGA GeForce 210 graphics adapter connected to two monitors. I left the automatic login checked.

It appears to try logging me in and falls back to the login screen. When I enter my password, it usually drops back to the login screen. Occasionally it goes to a black screen with a cursor showing.

I also have Leap 42.2 installed on this machine and it works without problem.

I can login to root via Ctrl-Alt-F1.

.xsession-errors shows: (170 Lines, 11.8 KiB)
kf5.kded: No X-KDE-DBus-ServiceName found in “/usr/lib64/qt5/plugins/kf5/kded/kscreen.so” (followed by 21 other files)
and
kf5.kcoreaddons.desktopparser: Could not locate service type file kservicetypes5/kwin-effect.desktop, tried ("/home/bob/.local/share", “/usr/share”)

I can provide that file. Is there anything else I should be looking at?

Bob

kkirill showed the fix in #22 of that thread.

I’ve installed the newest xf86-video-nouveau 1.0.15 from X11:XOrg repository which is to land into oS:Factory soon and it fixed the issue for me.
