Small problem but repeating problem with Nautilus.

When I open up Nautilus and browse folders (in icon view) I see pictures of PDF files which is fine, but if Nautilus tries to read a html file it stops showing the pictures to the pdf’s or graphics. I have found out that it is gnome-web-photo that has stopped working.

Now I have Gnome and KDE installed (openSUSE 11.2). When I browses folders with Dolphin I see pictures of html pages but not PDF files.

If I kill the process it will read the rest of the PDF’s or graphics. Can any one tell why this is happening and how to stop it?

Hi
Yes it’s a bug, tied in with xulrunner. Have a look at this link for a
workaround;
http://forums.novell.com/novell-product-support-forums/suse-linux-enterprise-desktop-sled/sled-configure-administer/422585-yelp-requested-uri-file-fakefile-index-invalid.html

The bug isn’t visible
to all though Access Denied

Well that must be my problem and I’m on a 64bit system plus yelp does not work either.

I couldn’t see the bug but thats ok.

It’s really no big deal but some times it gets to be a pain, I guess Ill keep on kiling it when I need to till the patch comes out.

Hi
Well if you use the wrapper scripts that user mikewillis posted that
should get you by?
