Im having problems with a slow connection between two computers. Both are connected at 1000baseT/Full, yet I am only transferring at 10MB max speed.
Here are Outputs of Both Computers:

I dont really know what I am doing so I hope this is enough info, but it looks like they are both connected at 1000/Full and have no errors. So why am I only seeing 10MB speeds?
I should note, I am in the middle of a rsync restore, so I dont know if this would be a case or not, but I was hoping once I got on Gigabit, these backups and restores would be much faster than this. I was getting these speeds when I was connected at 100baseT
