Why in Dolphin so slow in KDE 4.1 RC1…? Is it a bug or is it me ? THe Dolphin works fine under KDE 3

generating previews of files really slowdown dolphin - try to close information panel (dolphin->view->panels->information or simply press F11).
It might be because of the strigi bug that was fixed in the very latest update (strigi 0.5.11 and KDE 4.0.99). This bug causes the info panel to be extremely slow and might even hang Dolphin. Update and see if you still have this problem.
