sleep not working after running dup yesteday. 9-28-22

I’ve had “hybrid sleep” working for some time, it would put the computer into sleep automatically based on the timeout period I set. This stopped working yesterday after a dup. This might have to do this this issue. *note it will go to sleep if I choose it manually from the kde drop down options for the session.

Problem: the to be installed tlp-1.5.0-1.2.noarch conflicts with ‘power-profiles-daemon’ provided by the installed power-profiles-daemon-0.12-1.2.x86_64
Solution 1: deinstallation of power-profiles-daemon-0.12-1.2.x86_64
Solution 2: deinstallation of tlp-1.4.0-1.5.noarch
Solution 3: keep obsolete tlp-1.4.0-1.5.noarch

*I’ve been choosing option 3

[FONT=monospace]Problem: the to be installed tlp-rdw-1.5.0-1.2.noarch requires ‘tlp = 1.5.0’, but this requirement cannot be provided
not installable providers: tlp-1.5.0-1.2.noarch[download.opensuse.org-oss_1]
Solution 1: deinstallation of tlp-rdw-1.4.0-1.5.noarch
Solution 2: keep obsolete tlp-rdw-1.4.0-1.5.noarch
Solution 3: remove lock to allow removal of tlp-1.4.0-1.5.noarch
Solution 4: break tlp-rdw-1.5.0-1.2.noarch by ignoring some of its dependencies

*I’ve been choosing option 2

This error has been here for months and based on previous threads here people said to keep the old installs of these items until the conflict was resolved. Is this the potential issue and is anyone else having issues? The computer turns the screen off but will not go into sleep.
