Since installing 13.1 on my HP dv6000 laptop, the mic seems to be horrendously garbled and no one can hear what i am saying. Have tried playing around with internal mic volume settings and boost mic settings to no effect. then thought that maybe it had to do with pulse audio, so disabled that, but still no luck anyone else got any other ideas?? is just that i really need to communicate with family and is frustrating me now as cant fix it.
