sincronizing NIS + samba users

We have a server with nis + samba but when we change password in samba they don’t sincronice with nis. Same problem the other way.

Is there any command or system to sincronice them?

I have only synchronized (LDAP or UNIX account files) and Samba 3… But, just a thought, have you tried to set passwd program global parameter in smb.conf to /bin/passwd -r nis?
