Since new GPU the BIOS and Dual Boot Screen not displayed

This is assumable not a Linux problem since Leap 15.6 runs fine with the new AMD RX 7600 XT. Just picking the brains here coz many smart people with potentially similar experiences are around here.

I am running Leap 15.6 in Gnome with a Motherboard MSI Mortar Titanium (B450M) - Pre-Covid. The BIOS is flashed to latest full release.

Having replaced my AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT with a new Radeon RX 7600 XT, the BIOS screen is not visible anymore and also the Dual Boot Screen is hidden. Only when Leap 15.6 kicks in, the Leap Loading Screen becomes the first visible screen.

Any idea what i could to for having a chance to access the BIOS and / or Windows (via Dual Boot)?

Fixed: If using an AMD Radeon RX 7600 XT with a Monitor on Digital and an old TV on HDMI, the HDMI must be physically disconnected before boot for seeing the boot screen.

One addon note in case somebody googles for this:

The AMD Radeon RX 7600 XT (Sapphire) has four display ports.
They are paired by digital and HDMI like this: | Digital / HDMI | Digital / HDMI |

  1. If Digital and(!) HDMI are connected on the same pair, the HDMI needs to be disconnected for viewing the BIOS as mentioned above.
  2. If Digital and HDMI are connected on different pairs (Digital away from Mainboard side and HDMI to Mainboard side), then the HDMI does NOT need to be removed for viewing the BIOS. All display works fine.
