OpenSuse 11.4 KDE 4.6.0
Can someone please recommend a simple address database that imports text data and allows storage of, or links to, small jpeg images? Objective - Search names and see associated identity photos.
Thanks.

“simple” is a relative term…
Thunderbird’s address book does that and it is simple for me since i use
Thunderbird as my mail, usenet, openSUSE forums, address, telephone
number, kids names, birthday and contact client…

Thanks for the quick response. I also use Thunderbird as my mail client. Adding a test photo worked well. But when I tried to export my address book from Thunderbird (for use in other applications), it would only export it in LDIF format even though online instructions show file format choice is available. Perhaps that only works in the Windows version. I need the exported text data in CSV or tab delimited files. Am I doing something wrong?](http://dilbert.com/strips/2011-08-31/smart Dilbert[/QUOTE)
Solution found. If I choose to “Browse for other folders” it allows me to reset the default LDIF format. Thanks for the help.
