*Signatures
Signatures may contain up to 256 characters (including spaces) at the forums’ default font size and one image. All images must be under 100 pixels wide by 40 pixels high. Links to external sites shall not contravene the clause on Advertising/Spam. Members in violation of this rule will be given an opportunity to adjust their signature within guidelines. If the appropriate action is not taken within 2 days, the signature will be removed by staff.*
I didn’t count the characters but the nice VB java script did and I thought it was within the limits. But it seems to have been removed without notice? I could really care less except that it seemed to be within forum regulations. Since it was just the specs of my desktop I could have shortened it easily enough. Just a resource for myself should I need advice or others who may have similar antiquated hardware. In fact its more of less the same I use on several computing forums.
Friendly well run community forum (IMO not exactly), with some really knowledgeable contributors (yes but they seem to be abused too), great O/S arguably the best in class.
